- My mom&#8217;s recipe.  Great with Gnocchi.

Ingredients:
28 oz can diced tomatoes
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1/4 c finely chopped carrot
1/4 c finely chopped celery
1/4 c parsley
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1/2 c milk
Directions
